History Tea is a free iOS application that provides immersive audio retellings of world history. The service includes audio narrations, story text, curated playlists, historical figure profiles, and related content.

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from the App's content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

5. Intellectual Property

All content in History Tea — including audio narrations, story text, artwork, and design — is owned by History Tea and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

History Tea is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, History Tea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to History Tea at any time, for any reason, without notice.
